RED EYE REDUCING FLASH
Significantly reduces the
phenomenon of "red-eye"
(when a subject's eyes
appear red in flash
photography).
In the flash mode, the camera
will fire a series of low-power pre-
flashes before the regular flash.
Red-eye reduction may not
be effective when the
subject:
Is not looking at the flash from
the right front.
Is not watching the pre-
flashes.
Is too far from the camera.
